Are you a confident Customer Service representative/Administrator looking for your next challenge? Are you available immediately and happy to start a 12 month FTC, 3 times a week (with the potential of a permanent role and progression) If YES, then we want to hear from you.
Our client in Dunmow is one of the leading Shipping and transport companies within the local area and they are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
This is a 12 month contract 3 days a week at the moment, and they are looking for someone to start work ASAP.
As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be required to be the first point of contact for all incoming calls from existing and new clients.
Main Duties:
- First point of contact for incoming calls
- Updating job specific information onto system
- Chasing the client for any outstanding information required
- Communicating with client as soon as the sales team passes through the job booking
- Updating the client on progress of their respective booking
- Updating the client with respect to late advices or changes to the client job
- Closely working with the Operations team as required
- Filing client and associated paperwork
- Client specific administration as required.
- Operational administration / PCN's / on time / operational dashboard and associated work
Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
