Join a large company located in Longbridge as an Junior Finance Manager. They have a bright and fast paced finance function and are dedicated to staff development. They are a large PLC who take a lot of care of their staff.

As a Junior Finance Manager your main duties include:

• Produce monthly profit and loss account and variance report with commentary for the Financial Accountant.
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting insightful and accurate trends and analysing causes of unexpected variances.
• Responsible for monitoring service charge recovery and explaining shortfalls.
• Work with Commercial Accountants to produce performance reports for Asset Managers / Sector Directors quarterly reviews along with rolling property P&L forecasts.
• Coordinate with the legal team on property contracts.
• Support audits

Location / Office / Culture
The role is flexible with 3 days in the welcoming office space, and the rest at home

Previous transactional finance experience

• Skilled user of Microsoft packages, encompassing Outlook, Word, and advanced Excel skills
