    Skanska, one of the world's largest development and construction companies, dates back 135 years and had a 2021 revenue of around £12.Our Building Services team are looking for an Administration Officer join the team at Kingsmill Hospital in Mansfield, Nottingham.

    The purpose of the roleholder will be to provide administrative support to the Operational Team at Kings Mill Hospital, Newark General Hospital and Mansfield Community Hospital.

    Ensure sub-contractor purchase orders and uplifts are actioned in a timely manner and in line with financial policies.
    Keep all databases/spreadsheets related to the above activities up to date.

    Liaise with our sub-contractors in relation to timescales for completing tasks and ensure service sheets are received as evidence of completion.

    Excellent IT skills – knowledge of Office 365 would be advantageous.
    This role is a 12 month fixed term maternity cover.
