    Key Responsibilities:
    Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement
    HRstrategies that drive business performance.
    Provide expert
    HRadvice and guidance on a range of topics including employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
    Lead and manage
    HRprojects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
    Analyze
    HRmetrics and data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
    Coach and mentor managers on effective people management practices.

    What We're Looking For:
    CIPD qualified with a strong background in
    HRmanagement.
    Proven experience as an
    HRBusiness Partner or similar role.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
