Customer Care Advisor - At Need

Salary:
£29,270


Hours:
Full time working Monday to Friday. Rota Basis for BH/Weekends.


About the role


You will be responsible for liaising with Doctors, Coroners, Hospitals and GP Surgeries to request, chase and correct discrepancies on the legal documentation required for a cremation.

Key duties

  • To take incoming calls, answering enquiries from Doctors, Coroners, Hospitals and GP Surgeries in relation to the paperwork required.
  • Being able to articulate the legal requirements at the point death and the Company's procedures and processes which would be applicable.
  • Keeping accurate records and ensuring they are logged on to our CRM system.
  • Clearly explaining in depth, the process of which doctor is responsible for completing the paperwork.
  • Organising the legal paperwork required for a cremation.
  • Previous Customer Service experience is essential ideally gained within a call centre environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience of meeting all KPI's
  • A good telephone manner and the ability to easily explain processes.
  • The ability to record information with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT literate.
  • The ability to record information electronically and liaise with medical professionals at the same time is a must in a professional manner.
  • Proven background of working within strict legal and process guidelines without detriment to quality of service.
  • Working with multiple requests simultaneously and ensuring the ability to complete each task accurately and efficiently.
  • Be selfdisciplined and selfmotivating
