Fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing business based in Ashby-De-La-Zouch, as my client is looking for a Credit Controller to join the team.
This role is great for someone who has previous experience in Credit Control and is looking for your next challenge or someone who is confident on the phone and has great customer service experience looking to try something new.
The role:
- Building and maintaining relationships.
- Allocating payments and credit notes.
- Escalating aged debt,
- Maintaining Customer records and ensuring they are up to date.
Skills required:
- Previous Credit Control is desirable but not essential.
- Good telephone skills.
- Administration skills.
- The ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to use initiative.
- Cando and positive attitude
- Attention to detail.
- Adaptable and Personable
