Responsibilities

To conduct regular, highly visible patrol of the premises
Reception duties including checking staff, contractors and visitor ID cards
Controlling authorised access/egress of pedestrian and vehicular traffic on and off site
To effectively deal with all incidents falling within the security remit and to report all incidents to the relevant authority
Provide a customer friendly, reassuring, professional security presence
Managing logbooks and reports by recording observations, occurrences and surveillance activities
Damage Clear up/Response due to any other adverse weather issues including site thoroughfare gritting and snow clearance prior to site staff arrival daily
Provide a locking service, locking doors and gates as require
Protect property against destruction, damage and theft
Additional 1st Aid Provision In conjunction with Site 1st aiders as and when required
