Description
The Director will help them build a new consulting arm across their 4 key business areas which include;

  • Business change and strategy including process reengineering and operating model transformation and implementation across a variety of client.
  • Technology and data including cloud migration deployment, digital architecture, and largescale enterprise tech.


  • Portfolio management

  • Can include delivering largescale portfolio transformations, aligning a portfolio to strategy. Also providing an advisory service.
  • People and Culture engaging with and managing external clients whilst maintaining a healthy internal culture and values.

Responsibilities include:


  • Driving growth of the FS sector.
  • Business development and building client accounts.
  • Developing longlasting client relationships
  • Managing profitable engagements.
  • Business planning and strategic planning.

The experience I am looking for:

  • Strong experience in consulting, can be Big 4, or Boutique Management Consultancy.
  • Domain financial experience.
  • Business change and transformation experience.
  • Proven consulting sales (across 23 accounts).
  • Building up strong client relationships.
  • Delivery experience, leading and growing accounts within the FS sector.
  • Certified in APM/ MSP/ PRINCE2/ CMC
