Description

Global household brands firm seeks to attract a detailed orientated, stakeholder facing, Business Analyst to join a newly established Business and Supply Chain ESG team in London.

You will support a scalable and flexible enterprise-wide Data solution which delivers a single source of truth for data, automated data flows, governance to ensure trust in data & traceability, analytics/AI capabilities for data enrichment and decision support focusedon improving sustainability and reducing the firm's carbon footprint.

Working with business to understand and document Asis/Tobe processes, requirements, business case, etc.
Mapping required business processes in line with solution capabilities to arrive at the different use cases, Testing/UAT and/or other aspects of execution on solution delivery such as data gathering, templates, reporting, etc.
Stakeholder/Vendor management
You will be working with data including mapping data sets to master data, reporting supply KPIs.
You will provide a complete end to end business analysis service to a variety of stakeholders.
Work within an Agile framework (SAFe)
Collaborates with our enterprise architecture team to satisfy the needs of the business today, while building capabilities for the future.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Extensive businesss analysis experience
Extensive data analysis and data handling experience
Experience in identifying and assessing business capability maturity required to deliver strategic outcomes
Data literate, understanding of Sustainability (or eagerness to learn)
Experience in communication and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain good business relationships
Demonstrated ability to effectively engage crossfunctional teams
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
Training or knowledge of supported business domain areas
