    Role: Head of Sales / SDR

    Location: London - Waterloo (Hybrid)

    Novel, a start-up within the R&D industry, are shifting their focus into increasing their user base, and they need your help to do it

    We're therefore looking for people with the drive to succeed in a growing market, overseeing the emergence of Novel as the leading product in the R&D tax relief market.

    You will be given the chance to work with a blank canvas and be as creative as you want when leading the sales strategy and growing the user base.

    Salary is DOE, and the commission structure is TBC - you'd actually have a lot of input in how the commission structure will work, Novel are very open to a conversation around that
