    We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Control Manager to join our Global Asset Safety Oversight team. This role is located in Manchester, United Kingdom - HYBRID.

    In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Manage a specialised team responsible for supporting Operations and Lines of Business with adherence to regulatory and policy requirements in relation to the safety of client assets.
  • Manage the performance of assigned staff, coach team members and provide guidance on project management.
  • Manage the CASS Operations performed in relation to the CMAR, Asset Shortfalls and Client Money.
  • To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Management and leadership experience is preferred, as well as knowledge and understanding of risk, regulatory and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in the securities or financial services industry required.
