Our client are a well regarded Construction group who are based near Cambridge. They now have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.
Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8am to 4pm. Car driver required due to the office location.
Role and Responsibilities include:
- Operational admin Time sheet collation Compliance
- Project on boarding
- Purchase order management
- Managing all subcontractors administration / monthly wage reports / payslips
- Ensure each office operational processes are working effectively
- Administration of financial processes including purchase and sales ledgers
- Assisting the accountant with all monthly CIS and VAT submissions
- Provide accurate information and input to financial control systems for reporting
- Organising meetings and managing databases
- Managing and taking minutes when needed
- Booking transport and accommodation for staff members
- Organising company events
- Day to day management of existing administration personnel
- Provide full administration support to Directors Criteria:
- Previous experience as an office manager within a construction company
- Confidence in fulfilling all the duties listed above
- Strong IT and communications skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Experience working with a subcontractor is desirable
- References required ,Competitive package on offer for the right individual
