Sharp Consultancy are proud to be working with a well-established firm of chartered accountants based in the heart of Sheffield, who are now looking to recruit an Accounts Technician.

Due to a successful year and significant organic growth the firm are looking to bring in a junior level accountant to offer them a fantastic development pathway.

This opportunity I great for somebody who wants to further their career in accountancy practice.

What's on offer:
- £22,000 - £24,000 starting salary (depending on experience)
days annual leave

Duties and responsibilities

  • Assisting with annual accounts production
  • Managing the daytoday bookkeeping duties for a portfolio of clients
  • CT600s
  • Handling any queries from clients or HMRC
  • VAT returns
The successful applicant must have experience within an accountancy practice.
