In this role as an Admin Apprentice you be will working for our forward thinking and dynamic company who specialise in air conditioning.
This apprenticeship is ideal for anyone who has great organisational and logístical skills.You will be responsible for the logístical side of travel such as flights, hotels, meetings. Helping organise and create documents and projects. Alongside this you will be the first face of the business that guests and clients will meet in reception.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting with negotiating financial deals and offers with clients
Assisting with accounts
Assisting with documentation and organising and filing away
Engaging and helping out with projects
Planning logistics, flights, hotels etc
Fronting reception (optional)
Answering calls and dealing with enquires
Any other tasks as instructed by Supervisors
