- Provide general administrative support to the Case Managers and wider department as required, including updating details for claims, using CRM to manage case load & uploading cases for our legal panel
- Initiating claim reviews
- Sending & communicating with client re claim paperwork
- Answering customer service queries & inbound service calls
- Submitting claim details to legal team
- Administrative background, previous customer facing role or data inputting would be preferred, but not essential
- Ability to analyse information and interpret relevant points.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and individually.
- Good planning, organisational skills.
- Adaptability, reliance, and desire for personal development.
