Main purpose of the role


A customer service focussed Customer Service Advisor is required to join our client's growing international B2B business in the retail sector.


The main purpose of role is to interact with customers assisting and providing information in response to any fault or damage related queries.

To aid in solving customer's problems and express any emerging patterns and issues recording with the Customer Service Manager. High-quality customer care, with a calm approach and outlook to all situations should always be maintained.

Keys Duties


Working within the team this role is extremely varied and you will be required to contribute to the effective running of the customer services department as well as assisting with administration and delivery scheduling where required.


This is not a customer-facing role however you will be dealing with customers on the phone throughout the day so some prior history in a Customer Services role is essential.

As with any retail Customer Services role, you will be imparting good news and bad news, and must have the ability to keep calm and level-headed no matter what the situation is.


You must be able to work under pressure and using your own initiative to ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily and the continued efficient running of the business is maintained.

Full training will be provided on the various systems we use, however a willingness to learn and learn quickly is a must

  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to show genuine empathy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Organised with the ability to balance priorities.

£21,000.00 per year
