We're working with a Property Management company in Wales, assisting them with their search for a Legal Assistant to join their growing property team.

The company specialises in providing a full management service to leasehold apartment blocks across Wales.

They're a close-knit, friendly bunch who enjoy having a laugh in the office, whilst working hard to deliver a quality service to their portfolio.


They're now looking to bring in a detail-orientated Legal Assistant to take lead with LPE1 form progression, company secretarial duties across the portfolio and collaborating with the Property Managers on the more "nitty gritty" when it comes to leasehold management.


Duties will therefore include:

  • Maintaining and updating company and client records
  • Preparing and filing necessary documentation as per statutory requirements
  • Overseeing the completion of LPE1 forms in a timely and accurate manner
  • Liaising with relevant parties including solicitors and the wider property team
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Reviewing leases and extracting relevant information alongside the Property Managers
  • Summarising key lease terms and conditions
  • Assisting in the preparation of notices and documentation alongside the Property Managers
  • Communicating with and responding to queries from leaseholders, tenants and clients

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
