D365 Support Analyst –Law Firm- Cardiff

A well respected 600 user UK Law firm is seeking a D365 Support Analyst to join their team in Cardiff. The role will be focused on administering and developing their D365 suite to ensure that the Power Platform applications are maintained and implemented efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

·Power Platform Development to meet business needs.

·Administer and improve existing D365 suite of applications.

·Train users and maintain documentation to support end users, as needed.

·Take ownership of escalated support requests.

·Work closely with other teams to aid in the development of new applications.

Experience and Skills Required

·Strong knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Automate for creating workflows, approvals, and business process automation.

·Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

·Experience with M365 and D365 suite of applications.

·Strong problem solving and customer service skills.

·Experience of working in a legal or professional services environment would be highly beneficial.
