As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in providing essential support across various classes, including the Nurture Group and ARP unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide invaluable support in the classroom, assisting teachers with the delivery of engaging and effective lessons.
- Offer personalized guidance and assistance to students, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Actively participate in the nurturing and development of students within the Nurture Group.
- Extend support to students in the ARP unit, fostering an inclusive and conducive learning environment tailored to their specific requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Teaching Assistant role or a similar capacity is preferred.
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to facilitating the academic and emotional growth of students.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with students and colleagues alike.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate diverse learning styles and the individual needs of students.
- While qualifications in education or childcare are advantageous, they are not essential.
