We're currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join the esteemed team at a reputable school located in Becontree.

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in providing essential support across various classes, including the Nurture Group and ARP unit.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide invaluable support in the classroom, assisting teachers with the delivery of engaging and effective lessons.
  • Offer personalized guidance and assistance to students, ensuring their individual needs are met.
  • Actively participate in the nurturing and development of students within the Nurture Group.
  • Extend support to students in the ARP unit, fostering an inclusive and conducive learning environment tailored to their specific requirements.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a Teaching Assistant role or a similar capacity is preferred.
  • A genuine passion for education and a commitment to facilitating the academic and emotional growth of students.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with students and colleagues alike.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate diverse learning styles and the individual needs of students.
  • While qualifications in education or childcare are advantageous, they are not essential.
