Our client is a PE Backed Bio Technology Company who are looking for a Finance Manager to report in to the Financial Controller. This is a very exciting opportunity for someone looking to progress their career and develop the commercial department.

As the Finance Manager, you will report to the Financial Controller and work closely with the Finance Director. You will take ownership for preparing month end management accounts including profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow statement and understanding variances to Budget / Forecast in accordance with deadlines, financial processes and reporting guidelines. Manage a small team, improve our processes and MI data and reporting, prepare audit files and liaison with external auditors for annual statutory accounts.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent). You will be comfortable to work at pace and in an exciting environment and have experience working in a SME environment. You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others at all levels and build relationships with stakeholders effectively.

This role will be paying a strong basic salary, bonus and benefits package. Their head offices are based in Central London (zone 1) but hybrid working is fully operational.
