Remote/Office based days a week)
My client in Leeds city centre are looking for an administrator to support the Procurement team.
You will be tracking and recording data using Excel and Word. Updating and gathering information, ensuring data is up to date. Inputting data. Managing both electronic and printed files. Liaising with different departments to gather information. and organisationof documents and files
You will have experience of working within Ariba or similar vendor systems. Able to follow process and procedures.
Computer literate, particularly in Word and Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail
You may have experience of PLM/SAP programmes would be an advantage but not essential.
