    SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity to lead the marketing team responsible for the growth of a network of global digital agencies.


    You will lead strategic and operational decisions within the Digital Marketing team whilst closely managing existing projects and campaigns to ensure successful delivery and demonstrable results.

    You'll need to be 'hands-on' and relish the opportunity to develop a small, growing team of talented marketers.

    Purpose of RoleThe Global Head of Marketing role sits in the Sales and Marketing team and reports to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).


    The key aims are:
    Ensure all marketing conducted by the company achieves goals for lead generation, audience growth and engagementSet the group Marketing Strategy and ensure it's deliveryEnsure the team performs through: CoachingTrainingManagement Report to CROOwnership of brand guidelines and compliance of styling / ToVCommunications with staff each month to update them about company activitiesKey AimsTo ensure that group brands are known among our target audiences globally and a new provider in emerging marketsDevise, manage, and execute effective, innovative, and creative marketing campaigns for the promotion of Remarkable Group agency brands, it's teams, products, and services to drive 'marketing qualified leads'Devise and implement a strategic, consistent brand approach across all appropriate channels (e.g.

    web, email, social media, PR, events, shows, and speaking opportunities)Create and oversee the delivery of the agency' content and events plan calendar in order to best position agency brands with their clients and prospective audience.

    Oversee all email marketing campaigns for the agency via HubspotSet and manage marketing budgets, take responsibility for implementation and manage marketing expenditures.

    Build and nurture relationships with key strategic partners and suppliers for joint opportunities.

    Report on marketing activities, effectiveness, and ROI deliveredUnderstand target audiences and existing client's needsTo work with the New Business team and Client Office to identify key opportunities (SWOT), sectors, and propositionsEnsure all work conducted by the marketing team meets the requirements for quality, achieve their goals and are delivered on time and to budgetManage attendance at industry networking events and trade exhibitionsCoordinate the thought leadership activities completed by the team, such as the production of sector specific reports and related campaigns.

    Oversee incoming sales enquiries via comms assets, respond accordingly and pass to the New Biz team for follow up.
    Manage and coordinate award entriesBrief and manage third-party (freelance) development and design projects.
