    • Many opportunities for learning and development within the role A well-established veterinary group are looking for an experienced and approachable Veterinary Surgeon to become an integral part of their exceptionally skilled team. You will be based at one of our client's busy branch surgeries for 3 days a week and will be supported here by the Clinical Director, and 1 day at our client's main hospital. The hospital and branch are situated near each other. The veterinary hospital has been established in the local area for many years it is also home to an exotic veterinary team, emergency out-of-hours vets and referral services. The hospital has separate cat, dog and exotics wards and on-site laboratory. It is fully equipped with specialist equipment and facilities and offers Laser therapy, lap spays, dental treatments they also have a CT scanner. The clinic boasts 3 consulting rooms, dedicated cat and dog ward, theatre, and a spacious prep area. Additionally, it houses an X-ray room complete with ultrasound and dental X-ray. This bustling clinic efficiently manages its caseload, with the assurance of promptly referring emergencies and hospital patients to the main clinic if the need arises. You will be working alongside a large team of veterinary Surgeons the team have multiple certificate holders and a huge range of clinical interests and expertise, including referral services for orthopaedics, ophthalmology, advanced imaging, and exotics.

    The Rota:

    • Full-time position
    • 4 days a week
    • Saturdays on a rota

    The Benefits:

    • 6.6 weeks holiday including bank holidays
    • £1750 towards CPD (more if a certificate holder) and 5 days leave
