Ensuring quality governance forms and integral part of the service and its strategic aims
Coordinate joint risk review panel meetings with contractor and, where required, internal governance colleagues
Producing report on incidents and risks, and liaising with the contractor to receive the relevant information
To present highly complex, sensitive or contentious information to gain cooperation and commitment from diverse groups of stakeholders
Identify problems, areas of risk/concern and liaise with contractor's representative and, where required, internal governance colleagues to agree remedial actions to prevent incidents taking place.
Develop policies and procedures where required as a result of issues/concerns/risks identified to ensure safe service; the impact of such policy changes may affect areas outside of their remit.
Facilitate, perform and implement risk assessments on an ongoing basis, maintain the central record on Datix, develop and monitor action plans.
Management of all incidents relating to the service
Working with the complaints and PALS teams to triangulating information on incidents, complaints and PALS, to identify trends
