Reporting to the Sales Team Leader you will support the sales business unit by providing overall customer account management, customer service and client support to your allocated customer accounts.
This position will satisfy customer needs and expectations in a manner that builds strong business rapport and customer trust and confidence, securing existing business, while promoting growth of future business by offering efficient, reliable and quality service and support.
This will involve:
