    Role: Voids Works Planner

    Contract Type: Fixed Term/Secondment until 31 March 2025

    Working Hours: 37

    Worker Type: Hybrid Worker

    Salary: £24,702 - £25,545 per annum

    Location: Harvey Road, NG8 3BB - 2 days in the office per week, to suit business needs

    About the Role

    As a Works Planner within the Voids team, you will be responsible for overseeing and scheduling the workload of the Trade colleagues and Contractors by allocating and organising work, ensuring that all work streams within the Voids Team are effectively arranged to maintain efficient service provision. You will also provide a robust administrative support service to the team including responding to correspondence and telephone calls, inputting and accessing computerised information and maintaining accurate and concise manual records.

    About You

    The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience of coordinating, managing and maintaining appointments and diaries of large teams within a fast paced, pressurised environment.
  • Ability to use computer software programmes to ensure the validity of data and input relevant data.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels with the ability to develop and present written or verbal information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven experience of dealing with purchase orders/ invoices, instructing payment and charging completed works.
  • Ability to collaborate with external stakeholders, such as contractors, suppliers to achieve a common goal, ensuring effective collaboration in such situations.
  • Ability to remain self-motivated whilst effectively managing a diverse workload under pressure to meet specified targets and deadlines.
