Title:
Mortgage and Protection Administrator

Hours:
Total flexibility following successful completion of training** hours per week)


Salary:
£15 - £20 per hour + Generous Bonus**Working as part of a successful team, this role involves:
  • Sourcing Mortgages
  • Managing case pipeline
  • Summary of Mortgage Recommendations
  • Liaising with lenders, clients, and solicitors
  • Liaising with clients to obtain relevant documents and information
  • Checking all documents and information submitted by the client is compliant ready for submission to the lenders

Requirements:


  • Excellent communicator
  • Attention to detail
  • At least 3 years experience managing a volume of mortgage and protection cases to satisfactory completion
  • Understanding and knowing your way around all compliance documents, such as ID, bank statements and income verification

Ideally you will be familiar with:

  • TwentyTec
  • Ipipeline
  • Lender and insurance provider portals/systems
