We seek a dynamic individual with a profound passion for Religious Studies, equipped with the drive and ambition to effectively lead and manage a department. The ideal candidate should be highly organised, energetic, and dedicated to going above and beyond to ensure the success of both students and colleagues. Holding Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), they must demonstrate a proven track record of successfully teaching RS across diverse key stages. Crucially, they should have an unwavering belief in the potential of all students to excel in RS, coupled with outstanding subject knowledge at both GCSE and A-level.
