My client is seeking an Administrator with invoicing experience to join the team

    Key Requirements:


    AdminCustomer serviceFirst point of contact for general enquiriesProcessing invoices/bankingWriting quotes to email to customersDiary managementOrdering of stock/MaterialsRequirementsProven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on invoicing.

    Proficiency in invoicing software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
