    Learning & Development Advisor

    Solihull

    Full time & Permanent

    Up to £40,000

    Our client are an established and well respected Education recruitment and training provider who are going through an excellent journey of growth so are looking to bring in a Learning and Development Advisor who can help reach these targets and then focus on talent development and retention.

    This position will focus on both attracting new consultants to join the business and then leading an on-boarding and learning and development programme to ensure retention of the workforce with duties including:

    • Candidate attraction of new consultants to the business making this agency the employer of choice
    • Interviewing and assessing of consultants to join the business
    • Working with CEO on a 12 week induction and on-boarding process for all new starters to the business
    • Working with CEO and senior leadership on a full employee lifecycle learning and development candidate succession plan
    • Working to and achieving on-boarding and retention related KPI's and targets

    This is a full time permanent position working 40 hours Monday to Friday during term time and 5 hour days during school holidays. Initially this role is full time in the office with 1 day home working available following a successful probationary period.

    For this position we are looking for candidates who are experienced in recruiting within the Education and training provider markets and understand the challenges and rewards working within the education sector can bring. You will be passionate about supporting education settings to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and know how to recruit in challenging candidate markets. Ideally you will have experience of recruiting recruitment consultants or similar and have a network of contacts you can grow and develop. You will also be keen to progress within L&D and have ideas on successful onboarding and retention plans.

    Along with a competitive basic salary of up to £40,000 this role offers a bonus scheme related to on-boarding and retention, 30 days holiday, flexible term time hours and 1 day home working following a successful probationary period.
