    We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team in Cambridge, CB2 0AA as a Meeting & Events Coordinator.

    In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing meetings, conferences, and events for our company.
    Plan and coordinate all aspects of meetings, conferences, and events
    Work closely with internal teams to understand event objectives and requirements.
    Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistical plans.
    Manage event registration processes and attendee communications.
    Oversee onsite event execution, including setup, registration, attendee assistance, and troubleshooting.
    Monitor and evaluate event performance, gather feedback, and make recommendations for improvement.
    Maintain accurate records of event expenses and budget allocations.
    Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a corporate or hospitality environment.
    Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality and memorable experiences for attendees.
    Proficiency in event management software and tools.
