- Conducting the delivery of CITB SSP courses, both through online platforms and in face-to-face classroom settings.
- Delivering and assessing all components of NVQ Construction Diplomas specifically focused on Groundworks, Formworks & Occupational Workplace Supervision
- Delivering contract specific short course training to meet the client needs of DSG.
- Supporting in the creation and development of training materials and resources
- Upholding the integrity and standards of DSG Academy's programmes.
- Overseeing candidate progress monitoring, conducting reviews, and formulating individualised learning plans.
- Participating actively in quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of training delivery.
- Contributing to the management of learning programs and engaging in ongoing curriculum development efforts.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Danny Sullivan Group Workforce Solutions, identifying any opportunity to build our business and services through day-to-day operations.
- Compiling comprehensive weekly and monthly progress reports detailing candidate performance.
- Effective Delivery of Training Programmes: The primary output is the successful delivery of training programmes, ensuring that candidates gain the necessary knowledge and skills outlined in the curriculum in line with business expectations and client contractual requirements.
- Assessment of Candidates: Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate candidate understanding and proficiency in the subject matter, meeting assessment criteria and standards.
- Collaborating with colleagues, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination in delivering training programmes and addressing any issues or concerns issues or concerns.
- Collaborating with other managers in the business, to ensure the smooth running of the company from a people's perspective.
- Award in Education & Training Level 3 or equivalent
- CAVA Level 3 or equivalent
- NVQ Skills in area of delivery - Ground works, Formworks
- Minimum L3 Occupational Workplace Supervision
- Excellent communication, IT, and written skills
- Clean driving license
- Great people skills
- Up to date CPD ( min 12 months )
- CITB Site Safety Plus (Approved Tutor Certificate) or willing to work towards
- IQA Level 4
- EUSR Approved Trainer
- Math Level 2 or equivalent
- English Level 2 or equivalent
- Familiar with City & Guilds criteria would be an advantage, however training will be provide
