Our client, an Elite US law firm (paying full Cravath), is on the lookout for an Associate for the firm's top tier Structured Finance practice in London.
The team is going through a period of growth and is looking to hire a talented lawyer to advise on structured finance, securitizations, asset-backed and fund leverage lending with a sharp focus on CLO's.
The partners are keen to meet with lawyers who can demonstrate an impeccable academic record and at least two years of relevant post-admission experience working in a leading Structured Finance practice in London. Candidates with CLO's experience will be considered favourably but is not a necessity for the requirement.
