Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant.


Duties:


  • Assist customers in person and over the phone by providing product information and pricing
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Sell products by explaining features and upselling additional items
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Manage time efficiently to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Salary:
From £23,853.00 per year
