What you'll be doing
What you'll be doing
You will have the following accountabilities:
- Produce payment certificate
- Updating order value particulars
- Prepare monthly payment/payless notices
- Run contract cost reports from accounting software
- Support Commercial leads during month end ensuring system accruals are accurate and billing of jobs are undertaken
- Collate and Prepare customer invoices
- to prepare and feed into Contract waste management tool
- Point of Contact for Commercial Administration
- Prepare minutes of meetings meetings with Clients, Subcontractors, Stakeholders etc
- Organise monthly subcontractor meetings (if necessary)
- Admin support to Commercial team (filing, copying, scanning)
- Compliance with all aspects of BB and the client HSEA policies
- Support the contract in terms of reporting requirements
Who we're looking for
The following qualities/experience are essential:
- Confident IT / Systems user
- Excel, Word, Outlook
- Proactive and highly motivated to meet team objectives
- Selfmotivated to achieve a high level of performance
- Good business acumen
- Experience in the efficient and effective management of software skills
- Good interpersonal skills and communication
- Excellent organisational skills
- Adaptable to changing situations
- Oracle R12/COINS/SAP
- Office 36
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Previous experience in Construction Industry
