- Responsible for developing and documenting controls necessary for payroll processing including: payroll operations, disbursement, taxation, and reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with local country requirements and ensuring the vendor management (mainly ADP) is seamless.
- Manage International payroll operations and integrate capabilities to meet business needs.
- Manage monthly disbursement of multi country payrolls,
- Manage garnishments, benefits, and taxes consistent with local country laws and regulations.
- Manages the relationship with ADP/other payroll providers as needed across each of our International jurisdictions; UK, India and Singapore (hub locations). Plus United Arab Emirates, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Canada. Potential queries from Turkey, Sweden and China.
- Focus on compliance and payroll processes. Reviewing, improving and documenting.
- Experience in managing ADP and understanding payroll through WorkDay

I am looking for a Payroll Consultant with experience of mapping HR processes in EMEA and APAC jurisdictions including India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Dubai.
