At Dale Farm, we believe our success is built on our teams, and so as we embark on our ambitious transformation journey, we are looking to recruit the following key position based at our Dromona Creamery site in Cullybackey.

Production Team Leader

Reporting to the Production Manager, this is a key role for the site assuming overall responsibility for the process and packing lines to deliver best in class standards and performance in efficiency, output, quality, and safety to satisfy and exceed customer requirements.

You will be responsible for maximising throughput and achieving target performance levels on your shift, monitoring, analysing, and controlling waste of all materials and working with the Engineering function and Production technician to reduce downtime and optimise efficiency. As a Team Leader you must be able to effectively manage the team of production operatives to ensure optimum performance both operationally and to fulfil their potential.
In addition to achieving day to day key performance targets you will also proactively lead your team in continuous improvement activity, identify potential problems through analysis of TOEE and downtime, perform root cause analysis, identify, and close out training needs on your shift and be part of a team developing cost saving projects for the site.
You will also be expected to take the lead in Customer audits, take ownership of site environmental process, associated records, and play a key role in ISO 14001 audits.
