SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

We are currently looking for an individual experienced in working face to face with customers.
We are looking for highly organized individuals, who aren't afraid to take control and step forward.
Team player.
Be able to work in a fast pace environment with many challenges.

Although no previous experience is required, if you have worked in retail, hospitality or customer service before this could be a great next step.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will provide customers with innovative solutions to guide their decision-making process. As a company, we are committed to provide great customer service.

They are in charge of listening to each customer's unique needs, matching them with products that best fit their lifestyle.

We foster a supportive team environment, motivated by keeping our customers happy.

You will be helping customers by answering any questions that may arise, entering their data in our own portals, and you will provide knowledgeable responses to consumer inquiries.

And continuously creating personal relationships so we can extend the customer lifetime value.
