    Paradigm, founded in 2009, is a service company providing unique, patented technologies and specialist services for Drilling, Well Intervention, Production Enhancement and Fire protection services.

    Across Paradigm Group we have an ambitious onboarding plan to support our continued growth, and the HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in its implementation.

    Position Overview:

    As a HR Business Partner at Paradigm, you will be an integral part of our company, collaborating closely with business leaders to align human resources initiatives with organisational goals. This role requires a seasoned HR professional who can navigate complex business challenges, provide strategic guidance, and implement HR programs that enhance organisational performance and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in UK and European employment law, as well as international HR experience.

    This role has the option to be based in Aberdeen, UK or the Netherlands.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Strategic Partnership:
    • Develop strong relationships with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, acting as a trusted advisor on all HR matters.
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
    1. Talent Management:
    • Lead talent acquisition efforts, working closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.
    • Drive employee development and retention initiatives, including succession planning, competency framework, career pathing, and performance management.
    1. Organisational Development:
    • Design and implement organisational development strategies to enhance overall employee effectiveness and performance.
    • Conduct workforce planning and analysis to ensure the organisation has the right talent in place for current and future needs.
    1. Employee Relations:
    • Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers in handling employee relations matters, including performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
    1. HR Policy and Compliance:
    • Stay abreast of changes in employment legislation and ensure company policies and practices are in compliance.
    • Collaborate with legal counsel when necessary to address HR-related legal matters.

    Qualifications:

    • CIPD Qualified or equivalent.
    • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a strategic capacity.
    • In-depth knowledge of UK and European employment laws and regulations.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organisation.
