The Role As a Workshop Supervisor within the Adaptations departmentyou will be responsible for:

training and development of the adaptations fitting team managing and leading the team to achieve agreed KPI's planning work schedules completing daily team briefs and tool box talks monitoring and reviewing current processes and implementing improvements Experience & Skills Previous demonstrable experience in a similar role Ability to lead and manage a team Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Full driving licence Why McElmeel Mobility Services?
