    Job Description

    We are seeking experienced law firm Finance Systems Consultants to help support our clients as they evolve their systems and processes. Proven recent experience with implementation and/or upgrade programmes with either Thomson Reuters Elite 3E Practice Management System, Aderant Expert, SAP SNAP (FulcrumGT) and/or Intapp Intake and Conflicts is essential. The successful candidate must also have experience working in a legal or large Big4 professional services environment.

    This role is a project based consulting and senior advisory position that will help evaluate business processes for leading international and domestic law firms. You will primarily working to identify areas for improvement and the defining requirements for the successful implementation and adoption of solutions.

    Working with colleagues from the international Pickering Pearce team, you will be integrated closely into our valued client (and supplier) project teams to deliver on process interrogation initiatives, system assessment and selection projects, and behavioural change programmes.

    Requirements:

    • At least two years' experience in a law firm (or supplier-side) Finance Systems role.
    • Advanced knowledge of one or all of Thomson Reuters Elite 3E Practice Management System, Aderant Expert, SAP SNAP (FulcrumGT) and/or Intapp Intake and Conflicts.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10, and iManage10, intermediate knowledge of pdfDocs and Power PDF, and experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Please note this position offers a very flexible hybrid working arrangement. International travel required.
