    FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR

    Location: 310 Broadway, Salford, Manchester, M50 2UE

    Salary: £30,000 PA

    Working Hours: Monday – Friday (08:00AM – 17:00PM) 40 Hours Per Week, 1 Hour Break.

    Job Purpose:

    The role aims to provide efficient financial and administrative support to the National Account Manager, Finance Manager, and operational teams. This support allows them to focus on their core responsibilities, while ensuring accurate cost allocation, revenue tracking, payroll processing, and financial reporting for the 2SFG contract.

    Accountabilities:

    1. Support the National Account Manager and Finance Manager in delivering catering and allied services, maintaining flexibility to assist with various operational aspects.
    2. Manage the weekly and month-end Eprophit process remotely for all sites, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    3. Liaise with Unit Managers to receive reporting sheets and improve contract and team performance.
    4. Administer UDC Payroll and UDC Billing for the contract, raising billings and resolving queries promptly.
    5. Develop and maintain effective financial processes and reconciliations across the 2SFG contract.
    6. Assist in preparing monthly reporting packs for the client and developing performance reports.
    7. Occasionally travel to sites to validate and investigate data provided by Unit Managers.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

    1. High accuracy in payroll, Eprophit, and billing processes.
    2. Timely and accurate distribution of reports.
    3. Effective collaboration with Unit Managers to ensure timely information flow.
    4. Understanding and adherence to commercial clauses of the 2SFG contract.
    5. Efficient time management to meet deadlines.
