    ABOUT US:
    AskJules was founded in 2010 and is a family owned private limited company who provide a Lifestyle Management service.

    Our clients are university students who have complex physical disabilities and require 24-hour care whilst living independently in student halls at university and in their own homes during the holidays.

    With our support students are able to employ their own Personal Assistants (PAs) to provide their personal, health and social care as well as their academic support at university.

    Students and their families choose AskJules because we provide a personal, efficient and comprehensive service; from the recruitment and management of PAs to bank and budget management and everything in-between.

    AskJules has grown from its small beginnings to being a recognised alternative way for young disabled adults who are in receipt of Personal Budgets (PB) or Personal Health Budgets (PHB) to live independently and receive the care and support they want.

    ABOUT THE ROLEReporting to the Client Support Manager (North) you will be expected to manage a caseload of clients attending university in the North of England.

    Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist with the recruitment and induction of new Personal Assistants (PAs).Process onboarding-related administration for new PAsOrganise "client specific" training of PAs.

    Provide ongoing management and support to both clients and PAsOrganise and manage rotas in line with clients requirements.
    Record PA availability, absence and leave.
    Be available by phone out of hours for emergencies.
    Last minute re-scheduling of shifts to cover PAs sickness and emergencies.
    Manage weekly timesheets and logs.
    Update the Client and PA database.
    Liaise with the Student Services Departments at Universities;To work closely with our Recruitment, HR and Payroll departments.

    Communicate effectively and confidently on all levels, over the phone, face to face and by emailVisit clients at university during term time and at home during the holidays.

    Provide excellent levels of customer service at all times.
    Work as an important member of the Askjules team.

    A graduate who has experience of university lifeExperience from within the health or social care industry perhaps working in a domiciliary setting as a Care Coordinator/Clients Relations Manager/Supervisor/Senior Care Worker or similar role would be advantage.

    As would experience of working with clients with complex physical healthcare needs.

    This position is mainly office based, but you will be required to visit clients and PAs at university and at home during the holidays, therefore a full UK driving license and your own transport is essentialWe make no exceptions in trying to hire the best person in every position and we hope the next great hire is youBenefits:
