Description

Responsibilities:


  • Answering Internal and External Calls
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, production, and despatch.
  • Assist with sales inquiries, order processing, and customer inquiries to ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as production, service department and logistics to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and delivery times are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels using our bespoke software.
  • Generate reports for production, delivery, and sales.
  • Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and coordinating shipments.
  • Maintain documents and records in compliance with BSI 9001 standards, ensuring adherence to quality management processes and procedures.
  • General Office Administration

Skills:


  • Proven experience in sales administration, operations support, or similar roles.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,) and CRM software.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive approach to problemsolving and process improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of BSI 9001 standards preferred.

£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
