Do you want to make a positive change in adult's lives? Are you ready for a new challenge in a developing rapid response service in adults?Here is an opportunity for you to work as Social Worker Adults Rapid Response

The pay would be up to £34 per hour based on your locations and this may be negotiable.


Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Complete Care Act Assessment for adults for hospital avoidance
  • Be the first response to referrals into the service
  • Put together packages of care
  • Work with service uses to give reablement at home

Reed are now offering a joining bonus of up to £250 for Qualified Social Workers. Terms apply.

  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Postqualifying with minimum 2 years of experience working with adults in a statutory setting and have good experience of fast paced work in Adults in social care
  • Able to provide support in one weekend per month
