As an Town Planner, your primary responsibilities will include:

Leading and overseeing complex urban/town planning projects from inception to completion.
Providing expert guidance on town planning policies and regulations, with a focus on achieving clients' objectives.
Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to navigate and secure complex planning permissions.
Conducting comprehensive site assessments, feasibility studies, and risk analyses.
Preparing and delivering highlevel town planning reports and proposals.
Driving continuous improvement in town planning strategies and processes to ensure excellence.
Extensive and proven experience in town planning and development, ideally at a senior level.
A deep understanding of UK town planning policies, regulations, and local planning authorities.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Exceptional project management abilities, including the successful delivery of largescale town planning projects.
A proactive and innovative approach to resolving complex town planning challenges.
Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) is highly desirable.
