An exciting opportunity is offered by this top investment firm based in Mayfair.

They seek an efficient Team PA for their Charities Team who has a creative flair, loves writing and enjoys organising to support an incredibly busy team with all aspects ofclient portfolio management, organisation of meetings and conference calls.

Extensive written and telephone liaison is involved with their portfolio companies and this requires a confident and charming manner.

Your duties will also include arranging businesstravel, producing bids and presentations and documentation for client portfolios as well as updating the CRM database.


This role would suit a highly organised PA who enjoys a fast paced environment and responsibility for running the Charities Team's busy schedules.

Normal hours are with some flexibility for over-time but not often. This role allows hybrid working

  • 2 days from home.
