    Luxury Sales Consultant – London's Main Department StoresWe are currently seeking experienced Sales Consultants for the MaxMara Concessions across Londons' Main Department Stores

    Main Responsibilities:


    Assists the customers in accordance with the Brand philosophy, service and quality standardsPursue the specific objectives assigned by the Store Manager in order to contribute in the achievement of the overall objectives of the store, both individually and in a teamClientele activitiesEnsure that all merchandise is properly displayed and organized;Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge;Delivers excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;Deals with customer queries and complaints;Acts as ambassador of the customer-centric logic within the store;Profile:The ideal candidate will:Have relevant experience in retail or a similar 'service' sector.

    Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
    Ensure each customer receives the highest and consistent level of professional serviceBe motivated to achieve personal and team goals.
