Customer Service Executive - UK & Ireland:

Ledlenser UK & Ireland, with about 16 employees, is the UK subsidiary of Ledlenser. Our beautiful office is located in a recently refurbished, period building in Sunninghill, Ascot. Customer Service Executive - UK & Ireland:
FIELD OF ACTIVITY:
- Answer incoming calls and process online customer enquiries via Zen Desk and telephone for the website, Ebay marketplace and Amazon
- You will arrange returns, exchanges and refunds
- You place orders in Sage and manage the stock of internal spare parts
- Your tasks will also include general office duties, postal support, ordering office supplies, etc.
- You will exceed customer expectations by providing firstclass customer service
- You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, supporting each other during busy periods to resolve issues and grow the business overall
PROFILE:
- You have experience in customer contact and order entry
- Ideally, you already have experience in a comparable field (e.g. consumer electronics, lighting technology, technical equipment, power tools, hand tools) but this is not essential
- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central is an advantage
- You can work independently and proactively in a dynamic business environment
- Preferably you are experienced with SAGE (50 or 200) and ZEN Desk
- You have a resilient, friendly and calm manner and are a team player
- You are organised and reliable and have a systematic way of working
- Fluency in English; other language skills are an advantage but not essential
