- Respond to incoming calls and manage online customer inquiries through Zen Desk and phone for the company's website, eBay, and Amazon platforms.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently.
- Process orders in Sage and oversee internal spare parts stock.
- Perform general office tasks, including managing mail, ordering supplies, etc.
- Collaborate with team members to exceed customer expectations and support business growth.
- Prior experience in customer service and order processing.
- Knowledge in fields such as consumer electronics, lighting technology, or similar is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in SAGE (50 or 200) and ZEN Desk is preferred.
- A friendly, calm, and team-oriented approach with strong organizational skills.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a bonus.
